Beth Chitwood

Beth received her cosmetology license in 2009 after completing her training in Orange County, California.  She then went on to spend 3 years traveling and living all over the United States and New Zealand, all while doing hair along the way.


Beth is also a double Olympic Gold Medalist in the sport of swimming, representing the United States in the XXVI Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia.  She graduated form the University of Arizona in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre Arts, specializing in Costume Design, where her learned sewing skills would come to serve her well in the extremely detailed art of extension sewing and placement. 


In a truly unique career path, Beth has spent the last 11 years excelling a combination of elite Division I college coaching (swimming) as well as 8 years in Plastic Surgery Administration and Management.  She is currently an IBE Extension Specialist as well as Master of Balayage certified artist and a certified Blonde Master.


Her philosophy is simple: it is never too late to try something new.  She loves hair extension services as well as lightening, bayalage and custom color.  Beth loves spending her free time with her husband, Cory, an Associate Head Coach at IU for Swimming and Diving, and their two children, Jolene and Maverick enjoying their time boating or relaxing at their home on Lake Lemon in Unionville, Indiana.
